Max Fitness founder and CEO Brian Shaw has shared his personal story of living his best life.
He started Max Fitness in 2009 and has since grown the business to become one of the largest fitness brands in the world.
The fitness company, which has over 10 million registered members worldwide, has been accused of promoting unhealthy eating habits.
“Max Fitness has a huge reputation and a great brand and they’re a company I’ve always had faith in,” Shaw said on The Today Show.
“I’ve always said if you want to do a healthy lifestyle you can’t live in a box.
You’ve got to live your life on your own terms.”
Shaw is also known for his controversial views on obesity.
He recently took to Twitter to vent his frustration at the “toxic” health messages being sent out to women by companies like the gym chain Bikram.
He said the messages had a negative impact on women who were struggling with obesity.
“When you get to a point where you’re not eating healthy, it’s just a really easy target to push this message that we need to be eating this way,” Shaw explained.
“We’re the ones that have to get into the gym, and they just want to look at you and tell you you’re fat and they don’t want to listen to you.”
Shaws, who is also the founder of fitness and fitness-focused site Maxxercise.com, is also a member of the fitness and health group Fitness World and the Fitness Institute.
He’s also known to speak out against companies that use his image in advertising, and his opinions on fitness and weight loss.
“People who want to be in the gym are going to go to the gym to be physically active and healthy and not have a negative message out there, but it’s not the message you want,” he said.
“It’s not what you want, but what the message is that people want.”
He also pointed out that he had been asked by some companies to promote his products.
“They had asked me to promote them and they said, ‘We’re trying to build a company.
We want you to be a part of that,'” Shaw said.
“I said, I don’t do that.
I don’t think you should be doing that.”
What I’d like to see is, if you’re promoting something that’s not good, what you’re selling is not good.
What you’re offering is not a good product.
And that’s the way we should be selling it.
