The app features over 25 workouts from the most popular fitness apps, as well as some other fitness apps that have made it to the app.
You’ll also get access to weekly updates from the team behind those apps, including how to add new exercises to your routine.
You can even add your own workouts to the mix.
What makes it different?
For one, Mirror Fitness is free.
No, it’s not a paid service.
It’s simply a free app you can download from the Apple App Store.
I know, it sounds complicated.
The app is completely free and has no ads, but if you have a membership to one of the subscription-based fitness programs, you’ll have to pay a monthly fee to access some of the features.
How do I sign up?
Signing up for Mirror Fitness will allow you to view the app’s weekly updates, which are made available via the “My Activity” section of the app itself.
If you haven’t signed up for the app yet, do so right now and wait for the next update.
Once you’re signed in, you can see your weekly progress on the top right side of the screen.
From there, you will see all of the daily workouts that have been added to your schedule.
This will give you a good sense of how far you’ve come with the program.
Mirror Fitness has been designed with people of all ages and fitness levels in mind.
