Apple has long touted its ability to turn out some of the most compelling devices on the market, but it’s clear that a new generation of iPhones are in their way.
In fact, a few months ago, it was announced that the next iPhone would ship with a 5-inch display, a 5.5-inch LCD screen, and an additional 12MP camera.
Today, we’re getting our first glimpse of a new iPhone that will arrive with a larger screen.
Apple has already released a couple of new iPhones, but the latest has an upgraded hardware lineup and a larger display.
The iPhone 5s has the screen, a more powerful processor, and a higher-resolution Retina display that’s up to 10.1-inches.
The screen is also larger, with an 18:9 aspect ratio.
We’re still waiting on the new iPhone 5c, which is rumored to have a larger 5.6-inch screen and an 8MP camera, but we’re hopeful that the new model will come with a slightly different processor and camera configuration.
In the new iPhones’ camera configuration, we don’t yet know the resolution of the cameras, but according to AppleInsider, the iPhone 4s has a 25MP camera with 1/2.3″ sensor.
The new iPhones also have a dual-LED flash that can be used in either the front or the back.
While we don’ t know what kind of dual-lens flash this new iPhone will sport, the rumored camera configuration seems like a good one to have.
AppleInsider’s sources suggest that the iPhone 6 will ship with an even bigger display, with a 4K resolution.
The rumor has also been circulating that Apple will release a larger iPhone in 2019 with a bigger screen.
That would make sense if the next-generation iPhone would feature a larger camera and display, but that hasn’t been confirmed.
We’ve reached out to Apple for comment and will update this story if we hear back.
